The Bear River Board of Trade is now accepting proposal tenders for lease or purchase of the historic property known as ‘The Green Lantern’, located on the waterfront in beautiful downtown Bear River.
Proposals must include business plan and possible economic and/or cultural benefit to the area.
On April 12th, all proposals will be opened and audited by an independent party and presented to general voting membership on April 16th.
