Winter Fitness in Bear River

Winter in Bear River is a great time to enjoy physical activity. Here are some ideas for you that won’t cost any money, but will help you to stay in shape:

If dance fitness interests you,  join Julie Palmer every Saturday until March at the Oakdene Centre @ 10:30 am for a FREE hour of Yoga Dance Fitness. This guided movement experience combines dance, yoga and aerobics with inspiring music.

No experience is necessary. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and wear loose clothes. Running shoes or bare feet. This is FREE thanks to Annapolis County Recreation. Children are welcome! Led by Certified Yoga-Dance Instructor Julie Palmer 902-467-3151

Finally, sign up for the Community Winter Challenge. Available to residents on BOTH sides of the Bear River.
